200 Years of Yelling

Last week, Mexico celebrated two centuries of existence. And I was there, on a rooftop, for the show. The ‘grito’ is the highlight of Mexican independence parties. It’s that classic “Viva México!” battle cry, bellowed from the balcony of the palace by the president.
